SHIPPING AND ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 1-3 days for your bikini to be made (5-7 during our busy months). Shipping can take 2-5 days for regular parcels and 1-2 days for priority.
For international orders, please allow 7-10 days for a regular parcel, and 5-6 days for priority.
Please note that shipping and processing times can be different. If you have a question about the status of your order, please DM us your order number and name and someone will help you immediately.
Lina Swimwear is the operator of www.linaswimwear.com. By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
Lina Swimwear happily accept unworn bikinis in new condition with tags and liners attached *in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase for exchange only. Please note all items marked final sale are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear.
To start your return process, please read the following.
Step 1: Please send us a DM on instagram (@lina_swimwear) with your order number and the reason for the exchange. One of our team members will confirm that you are eligible for an exchange and then you can continue to do the following.
Step 2: Once you have confirmation that you are eligible for an exchange, you can place a new order for the items you wish to exchange for.
Step 3: Send a DM on instagram (@lina_swimwear) with your new order number.
RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTION:
1. Once you have DM'd your order number, a team member will send you a RETURN LABEL.
2. You can then print this out and package up the item you are sending pack *MUST come in the original packaging or we cannot refund you.
You can head to any local Canada Post post office and drop it off. You will NOT be charged.
You will receive a tracking number, once the item is delivered, you will then be refunded.
*please note that if the item appears damaged, worn, washed or does not have tags and liners, you will not be refunded.
